Although Brian Sherriff can mostly be found in the Sherriff cutting room (where all our suits start-out), he is also mentoring a new beekeeper who has one hive.
A few weeks ago it was discovered that the hive did not have a queen… now with a new queen the hive is doing well and it’s hoped that they may even get a little honey this season.
Brian’s bee suit is breathable nylon and from the times when Sherriff’s was a commercial honey farm running 400 hives. Brian’s bee suit sports the old label Sherriff Star and is quite elderly as bee suits go! The hive tool has also been used countless times too!
