We deliver worldwide using Royal Mail, or Parcel Force for larger packages. When possible, we send all packages with tracking. 

The quickest way to get an accurate shipping cost is to add items to your basket. Our website will then calculate shipping costs for you.

  • Where do you ship to?

    We ship worldwide. To get a cost, please add the items to your basket and the website will find the most suitable service and calculate the costs. Alternatively, please call us on +44 (0)1872 863 304 or email us at hello@bjsherriff.com. Please see the next question for information about taxes.

    We do not ship to BPO addresses.

  • Do you cover duty or tax on orders sent outside the UK?

    Some countries charge duty and/or import tax on orders imported from the UK. We are not able to include these fees in our charges on the website, but we can tell you what they are and help you pay them.

    If you place an order from outside the UK, we will calculate any taxes and tell you what they are. We can also pay them on your behalf so that your items don’t get held up by customs, then invoice you directly for the cost. We’ll invoice you in £GBP at the exchange rate on the day and send your order once the invoice has been paid.

    You can of course choose to pay any taxes or duty when your items arrive at their destination country.

    We don’t charge VAT on purchases from outside the UK. Our shipping calculator will calculate this when you check out.

  • How quickly will you dispatch my order?

    For orders before 12 noon on a working day, we aim to dispatch your goods the same day, as long as the item is in stock. 

    Orders received after 12 noon (GMT) will be dispatched the next working day. 

    If we do not have your item in stock, we will contact you with a timescale for delivery. 

  • Tracking my order

    You will receive an email with your tracking number when your parcel has been sent.
